1. The qualifying purchase(s) must be made in at any participating tenants in Bicester Village, Bicester, United Kingdom or La Vallee Village, Serris, France with a Maybank Mastercard, Visa, or American Express® Credit or Charge Card (issued by Maybank & Maybank Islamic Malaysia only.) Acceptance of Visa, Mastercard, and/or American Express Cards is subject to individual stores and merchants at the selected locations. Terms & conditions of the selected cards apply.
2. Offer is on a first come first served basis, while stocks last.
3. Offer is capped at one (1) redemption per cardmember throughout the campaign period regardless of purchases made across both locations. Spending at both locations cannot be combined to meet the minimum spend requirement.
4. Maybank Cardmembers need to register and spend from 1 November 2025 at 12.00am until 31 December 2025 11.59pm in order to participate in the campaign.
5. Offer is applicable to Maybank Credit & Charge Cardmembers who spend at either Bicester Village or La Vallee Village and register via SMS during the campaign period.
6. Maybank will not be responsible if customer fail to register via SMS outside the promotion period, even though the customer has qualifying spend at Bicester Village or La Vallee Village.
7. If the reward item(s) is unavailable for any reason, Maybank reserves the rights to provide an alternative item of an equivalent value.
8. The reward item(s) cannot be exchanged for cash or be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, loyalty card or coupons unless otherwise stipulated.
9. By participating in this promotion, Cardmembers agree and consent to allow his/her personal data being collected, processed and used by Maybank in accordance with the Maybank Privacy Statement, which may be viewed on www.maybank2u.com.my (“Maybank’s Privacy Statement”) and the PDPA Form for Individual Customers.
10. Maybank makes no representation as to the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose of the goods and/or service(s) provided. OFFER 2 : Terms and Conditions
1. Payment must be made with a Maybank Mastercard®, Visa or American Express® Card.
2. VIP Card” or “eVIP Card” is a reward card that entitles the holder to receive a ten per cent (10%) discount on products within participating boutiques at participating Villages.
3. Present either a VIP Card Invitation and/or a Partner Membership Card (being a corporate partner of Value Retail details of which are set out at https://www.thebicestervillageshoppingcollection.com/en/partners/) at the Village Welcome, Visitor or Concierge Services, will (subject to availability and any “blackout periods” that may apply at a Village) be entitled to receive a complimentary “VIP Card”, which will provide them with a 10% reduction in selected boutiques at participating Villages; or
4. Click on an eVIP link for one of the participating Villages and provide their country and postcode and/or county, will receive an eVIP QR code, which will (subject to availability and any “blackout periods” that may apply at a Village) entitle the Customer to a 10% reduction in selected boutiques at participating Villages.
5. The VIP Card or eVIP QR code is non-transferable and is only valid for use by the person to whom it is issued. The VIP Card or eVIP QR code has no cash value and is not for sale or resale. The eVIP QR code will become invalid if tampered with in any way.
6. The VIP Card is only valid on the date of issue and at the participating Village in which it is issued, and can only be used once in each participating boutique. The eVIP QR code is only available to use for a period of up to 24 hours from the first purchase made using the eVIP QR code in the participating Village. The VIP Card or eVIP QR code cannot be used for previously made purchases.
7. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions/offers/coupons/vouchers and loyalty/privilege cards.
