Spinning Process

Antibacterial processed plastic lid parts

We adopted the antibacterial process in the plastic lid parts certificated by SIAA, in order to offer hygienic bottles to daily life. Products that meet the following three criteria are authorized to indicate SIAA marks, "Antimicrobial property", "Safety",and "Appropriate Labeling".

About antibacterial processed

MMZ-K uses silver-antibacterial processed polypropylene resin (the parts listed below at the subject area).

• Testing method: Checked for antimicrobial processing based on JIS Z 2801 (ISO 22196)
• Subject area: Inner stopper, gasket *See manual for details

  • Inner stopper - Kneading into plastic
  • Gesket - Kneading into silicone rubber
• Type of agent: Silver-based antimicrobial agent
• Test result: effective if the antimicrobial property is 2.0 or above

Antibacterial processed plastic lid parts

We adopted the antibacterial process in the plastic lid parts certificated by SIAA, in order to offer hygienic bottles to daily life. Products that meet the following three criteria are authorized to indicate SIAA marks: (1) Antimicrobial property (*1), (2) Safety (*2), (3) Appropriate Labeling (*3).

(*1) Antimicrobial property

The proportion of bacteria on the surface of the product is 1/100 or less of that on the surface of a non-treated product, and the antimicrobial effect remains after durability tests. Antimicrobial properties are determined from the results of tests conducted in accordance with the ISO 22196 international standard.

(*2) Safety

The criteria for safety established by SIAA have been met.

(*3) Appropriate Labeling

On exhibit are the types and treated parts of antimicrobial agents.

Smooth Rimmed Mouth

Tiger's meticulously designed mouth makes the drinking experience natural and comfortable.

Vacuum Insulation Technology

Tiger's vacuum insulation technology keeps drinks hotter and colder for hours. The copper foil in between the two stainless-steel walls supports temperature retention. Cold drinks will not cause condensation on the outside of the bottle and hot drinks will not cause the bottle to become too hot to handle.

Super Clean Plus

The inside of Tiger’s bottles has smooth and polished surface that is tough against stains and rust.

Few detachable parts

Leaser welding, Tiger's original technique, used in the bottom part prevents water from entering in between the two stainless-steel walls. It makes the body washable entirely and well drained. Entirely keep clean by washing each detachable parts.

High-grade stainless steel

Tiger's vacuum insulated bottles are made from SUS304 (18/8) high-grade certified food-safe stainless steel.

      1. Input preferred number of points at “Points to Redeem”, balance amount to pay will be auto calculated and display at “Balance to Pay”.
      2. At “Pay from”, select preferred card to pay for the balance amount.

      1. At “Pay from”, select preferred Card to pay for full amount.
      2. Click “Continue” to proceed check out
   4. EzyPay Instalment with Credit Card (Note: For minimum charge to card amount of RM500, not applicable to Charge or Debit cards) [*Not applicable for Air Miles redemption]
      1. Select preferred Card at “Pay from”,
      2. “Tick” on Apply Maybank EzyPay (Note: this option will automatically available with minimum RM500 at “Balance to Pay”
      3. Select Tenure of instalment
      4. Click “Continue” to proceed check out
6. Upon selecting “Continue”, delivery address will be auto-populated as per Maybank2U Credit/Debit card billing address. Please ensure delivery address information is in order, including contact number and email address. You may edit delivery address if require to deliver to alternative address.
7. A Transaction Authorized Code (TAC) will be sent to you via SMS to authorize the redemption transaction.
8. Key in the TAC Number and click Confirm.
9. Please allow a few seconds for the redemption transaction to be processed.
10. Upon successful redemption, logout and close the Maybank2U page.
11. The order is now completed and you may print a copy of the receipt as record of the redemption made and to track the delivery of the items redeemed.
12. You will also receive an Order Confirmation via email.
