Before Use

Clean The Cookware

Please clean the cookware thoroughly with dish drop & non-scratch sponge

Rinse & Dry

Cleaning

After use, please clean interior cookware with dish drop and a non-scratch sponge.

For stubborn stain or burnt food please put some water & dish drop inside the cookware and boil on small flame to loosen stubborn stains. Remove , wash clean and dry.

Always clean the exterior of the cookware with dish drop and non-scratch sponge. IF stains is on exterior of cookware wash immediately. Do not burn the stain over the flame as this will cause the stains to be infused into the exterior cookware and will be difficult to remove. However this will not influence the performance of your cookware.

Warranty

This cookware is warranted against any manufacturers defect for 2 years. This does not cover against scratches, blisters of the non-stick due to persistent high heat & aggressive cooking. Normal wear & tear on the non-stick is also not covered

6. Upon selecting “Continue”, delivery address will be auto-populated as per Maybank2U Credit/Debit card billing address. Please ensure delivery address information is in order, including contact number and email address. You may edit delivery address if require to deliver to alternative address.
7. A Transaction Authorized Code (TAC) will be sent to you via SMS to authorize the redemption transaction.
8. Key in the TAC Number and click Confirm.
9. Please allow a few seconds for the redemption transaction to be processed.
10. Upon successful redemption, logout and close the Maybank2U page.
11. The order is now completed and you may print a copy of the receipt as record of the redemption made and to track the delivery of the items redeemed.
12. You will also receive an Order Confirmation via email.
