Green Curry Paste
Green Curry Paste which is made mainly from fresh green chili is used to make the hottest of all Thai curried. To make the dish even more flavourful, add 1/2 cup of fresh green peppercorns to the curry mixture.

A delightful cream soup harmonized by the flavour of coconut milk, galangal root, kaffir lime leaves and heart of lemon grass. Cook gently to prevent the coconut milk from separating.
