Campaign Description/Rational of the campaign
Solar System Projects is one of Yayasan Ikhlas primary infrastructure projects. Our mission is to help our rural community to achieve their energy goals. It aims to provide basic necessities such as electricity to elevate the function of communities in the village.
Sunlight is converted directly to electricity via a system that includes solar PV cells, modules, an inverter, associated protection and control devices, alternating current and direct current cable, and other related devices up to the incoming terminal of the PV meter, after which it is distributed to communities. Our objective is to provide the community with long-lasting technology that is adaptive to its present and future demands. The campaign serves to elevate education and living standards of the villagers on Pulau Sebatik and Bum Bum. Electricity supplies for Pulau Sebatik and Pulau Bum Bum are not stable and always cut off because of the infrastructure there.
The campaigns also aim to provide the community with long-lasting technology that is adaptive to its present and future demands especially school which will affect education of the villagers. This will help them grow and learn in a more conducive environment. We, Yayasan Ikhlas will be collaborate with Jabatan Hal Ehwal Agama Islam Negeri Sabah (JHEAINS) for these projects.
