Product Description
Produced by roller milling the whole rye grain. The nutrient-rich properties of the whole grain, and in particular the bran, are therefore retained. Moderately dark in color with a strong, robust flavor. Easily digestible and low gluten content. Use in unleavened baked goods or mixed with wheat flour if leavening is used.
