The Ring-Con™
with integrated "Strength Sensor
This is the ring-shaped controller you grip with both hands and use to move your character.
Made with a special springy material, the Ring-Con always returns to its original form but includes a high-sensitivity force sensor to detect you squeezing and pulling it out of shape. By using the Joy-Con sensor as well, it can also detect a variety of other movements, including vertical/horizontal shaking and tilting.
Review your exercise results
Measure your pulse after exercising, using the Joy-Con (R) IR Motion Camera.
Knowing how long you exercised and how many calories you burned lets you better understand your training results and know what exercises best suit your individual requirements. By reviewing your exercise load, you'll avoid overdoing things.
Leg Strap Accelerometer and gyroscope monitoring This is another controller, which attaches to your left thigh using a band. Similar to the Ring-Con, it employs the Joy-Con's built-in accelerometer and gyroscope to measure your lower body movements, in the form of steps and knee bends. | |

"Ring Fit Adventure" is an action-adventure game in which you do full-body exercises using the Ring-Con and Leg Strap as you embark on a quest to save the world.
The adventure is a long one, Your exercise results taking around three months at thirty minutes per day. your exericse results are reflected by your character gaining levels.
Progress through the stages, battling opponents who stand in your way and dveloping your abilities as you go....Yes, your full-body adventure is about to begin!
Set off with "Ring" to Save the World You awaken to find yourself confronted by dragaux, mightiest of all monsters. After syncing up with ring and the mysterious strength it harbours, you set out on an adventure to stop the world from being enveloped by the terrible dark influence. | |
Run through Lands of Adventure
When you jog, your character runs. Squeeze the Ring-Con to shoot an air blast. Use it to disarm traps, too. Or point it downwards and fire to jump...You'll find various landscapes to play in, including mountains, sea, marshes and sky.
Use your whole body to work your way through each location, be it letting loose on a raft, flying through the air, or rocking a coaster.
Use Your Fit Skills to Fight Foes When you encounter an enemy, a turn-based battle begins. Attack and defend using movement-based controls to unleash more than 40 different "Fit Skills" against your foes. As you progress through the game, you'll learn new Fit Skills that offer stronger attacks. | |

Using Ab Guard
Defend against enemy attacks with an "Ab Guard", where you press the Ring-Con against your abs. If you flex hard and press the Ring-Con into your abs, you'll be able to reduce the damage you take. | Remembering to Recover
When your HP drops, recover using healing Fit Skills and smoothies, which you can make from items you collect. Smoothies aren't all about healing, though. You can make all sorts of recipes, like ones that raise your attack power. |

The End-of-the-World Boss, Dragaux, Awaits
Work your way through the land, defeating the many enemies and clearing each course you encounter.
Finally, after completing multiple courses, the giant boss Dragaux awaits.
This is the final battle that will put all your accomplishments and growth to the test!
Grow in Strength Together Once you've bested your opponents and cleared a course, your character obtains Exercise Points in proportion to your real-world exercise performance, and levels up. Your character's abilities improve and he or she can learn new Fit Skills. You can also check your activity time, calories burned and distance covered, letting you truly feel the fruits of your labour, all reflected in your in-game character's development. | |

Tips
Cut vibration and sound with Silent Mode.
When you're worried about vibrations or sound, turn on Silent Mode to use knee bend exercises in place of steps for on-screen jogging.
Exercise anytime with Multitask Mode. You can also exercise without starting up the game, using just the Ring-Con. Squeeze the Ring-Con and you'll get an audible confirmation as your reps are recorded, allowing you to obtain bonuses in the main adventure according to your Multitask Mode efforts. | |
An exercise load to suit every player.
Adjust the exercise load to best fit your personal strength and stamina. Players with greater exercise capabilities can choose higher settings, and those with less can choose a lower load. So all players can keep going every day, without fear of overstretching themselves.
Customise your character's appearance.
You can change your character's appearance by swapping out their top, bottoms and shoes. Such changes can affect attack ability, defence ability and other stats. You can also alter gender, skin tone and eye colour.
Learn correct form by following Tipp.
Tipp, your in-game coach, tells you the right movements to make as you play. You can check that your form is correct while you exercise.
Avoid overstretching yourself with Assist Mode.
Switch exercises to button controls if they might strain a specific area of your body, such as your knee, lower back, hip, stomach, etc. Assist Mode ensures as many players as possible can enjoy the game.
Make exercise your daily routine with the alarm feature.
At a time set by you, your Joy-Con will vibrate and the HOME Button will light up as your daily exercise reminder to help you establish a healthy routine.
Even if it gets dirty, it's washable. The Leg Strap can be washed, as can the grips once removed from the Ring-Con. For details, please check the product's "Usage Notes". | |
