Infusing luxury living with a lavish range of exclusive features, this villa features a spacious living area equipped with two King beds, modern furniture and fittings. Accentuated with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, it offers a unique living and spatial experience.

1. Each voucher is for room only and valid for one (1) night stay.
2. Room reservations must be made at least 7 working days in advance; voucher number must be provided during the booking process.
3. Rooms are subject to availability.
4. Vouchers must be presented upon check-in.
5. The Hotel/Resort reserves the rights to refuse check-in if the voucher is not presented upon check-in.
6. A surcharge of RM50nett per room per night is applicable for check-in on Saturday.
7. A surcharge of RM100nett per room per night is applicable for check-in during eves of public holidays and public holidays.
8. A surcharge of RM150nett per room per night is applicable between 15 December and 31 December 2020.
9. Where applicable, surcharge of RM100nett per room per night is applicable for guaranteed full sea-view rooms.
10. Once confirmed, booking cannot be amended. Voucher used for the booking will also be voided in the case of no show.
11. All rates and surcharges are nett. Notwithstanding the above, the Hotel/Resort reserves the rights to revise the room rates quoted herein should there be a revision and/or imposition of new tax/levy by the government. Such tax/levy shall be borne by the guest and collected upon check-in.
12. The vouchers are not refundable and not redeemable for cash.
13. Lexis Hotel Group and its subsidiaries shall not be held responsible for the loss of the voucher and any losses or damages suffered by the bearer of the voucher arising from or in connection with the loss or usage of the voucher.
14. Validity of the voucher is until 31 January 2021.

A Transaction Authorized Code (TAC) will be sent to you via SMS to authorize the redemption transaction.
Key in the TAC Number and click Confirm.
Please allow a few seconds for the redemption transaction to be processed.
Upon successful redemption, logout and close the Maybank2U page.
The order is now completed and you may print a copy of the receipt as record of the redemption made and to track the delivery of the items redeemed.
