Cleaning and Care

• Dishwasher-safe.
• Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or metal, harsh abrasive or very stiff cleaning pads or brushes on any of the surfaces.
• Do not use on microwave.
• Do not pre-heat a pan on high temperatures. 
• Wipe any leftovers off the base and sides of the product. If there's food stuck on, fill the product with warm, soapy water and let it soak for 15 to 20 minutes before washing as usual. 
• Wait for your product to cool down before you start cleaning it. 

Before First Use 

• Remove all packaging materials including labels (stickers Le Creuset).
• Wash your Le Creuset product in warm, soapy water; then rinse and dry thoroughly.
• Dry well after washing and store in a dry place.

7. A Transaction Authorized Code (TAC) will be sent to you via SMS to authorize the redemption transaction.
8. Key in the TAC Number and click Confirm.
9. Please allow a few seconds for the redemption transaction to be processed.
10. Upon successful redemption, logout and close the Maybank2U page.
11. The order is now completed and you may print a copy of the receipt as record of the redemption made and to track the delivery of the items redeemed.
12. You will also receive an Order Confirmation via email.
