The RPHA 91 is HJC’s new modular touring helmet that was engineered for all-day comfort. The new Premium Integrated Matrix EVO shell (P.I.M. EVO) provides enhanced shock-resistant performance and is lightweight by using reinforcement materials that include carbon-aramid, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and linen fiber (natural fiber). The new distortion-free, HJ-37 face shield and HJ-V17 sun shield provide a clear and increased peripheral view for the rider. Designed to perfection, the chin bar locking system now has a hidden closure point that allows for smooth contact and less pressure on the cheek area. Keeping noise levels to a minimum is the RPHA 91 3D-engineered low-noise interior that is focused to reduce road noise significantly. Also Included with this is the neck roll system to ensure you drown out the noise. For convenience, the EPS design accommodates riders with eyewear. The RPHA 91 will also accept the second-generation Smart HJC Bluetooth systems.

Outer shell:

• Outer shell made of a new material: Premium Integrated Matrix / PIM EVO that includes carbon, aramid and natural fiber, which offers great impact resistance, lightweight and more comfort.
• Shell with aerodynamic design that reduces air resistance and provides stability at high speed.
• 4 outer shell sizes for a better fit for each size.

Ventilation:

• Newly designed ventilation system consisting of 5 air inlets and 7 extractors. It incorporates an air inlet in the chin guard and another in the upper part of the shell to absorb a greater flow of air. It has 7 outlets in the rear area of the helmet that guarantee the total extraction of humidity and hot air from inside it. It incorporates new vents in the brow area that help defog the sun visor and allow excellent air circulation.

Screen:

• The RPHA 91's screen offers an excellent field of view and great peripheral vision to reduce eye fatigue. It has anti-scratch and anti-fog treatment. Provides 99% protection against ultraviolet rays.
• New screen lock mechanism that is very easy to open and more secure thanks to a new system.
• Includes Pinlock interior screen included, prevents the screen from fogging up.
• Integrated smoked sun visor with anti-fog treatment that can be easily operated from the outside using a new, very fast and easy-to-operate system located in the lower part. Its new mechanism allows you to adjust the depth in 3 different positions according to your morphology and preference for an optimal fit.

Interior:

• The RPHA Perfect Fit interior is made of an advanced, highly breathable and quick-drying antibacterial fabric. 3D contour cheek pads. Interchangeable pads in all sizes for a custom fit. Washable comfort liner and cheek pad. All padding is removable and washable.

Chin guard closure system

• The chin guard locking system locks and releases the chin guard in the open position and allows for safe riding with the chin guard open. The chin guard retracts when the helmet is in the open position to facilitate donning and reduce wind resistance.
• In addition, the lower closure system is automatically concealed in the open position to reduce wind noise and air resistance.
• The new bi-directional pivot chin bar allows the helmet to be more compact while remaining open to reduce wind noise and air resistance.

Other features:

• It has P/J approval to ride in complete safety both with a closed helmet in full-face mode and with an open helmet in jet mode.
• New One Touch Buckle micrometric closure system made of stainless steel.
• The interior design allows the normal use of glasses.
• Cover nose and chin cover included.
• Reflective insert for safety.
• The HJC RPHA 91 incorporates the predisposition to integrate the second-generation SMART HJC Bluetooth communication system (sold separately). It is a premium system fully integrated into the helmet, which allows an excellent balance between weight and aerodynamic performance.

      1. At “Pay from”, select preferred Card to pay for full amount.
      2. Click “Continue” to proceed check out
   4. EzyPay Instalment with Credit Card (Note: For minimum charge to card amount of RM500, not applicable to Charge or Debit cards) [*Not applicable for Air Miles redemption]
      1. Select preferred Card at “Pay from”,
      2. “Tick” on Apply Maybank EzyPay (Note: this option will automatically available with minimum RM500 at “Balance to Pay”
      3. Select Tenure of instalment
      4. Click “Continue” to proceed check out
6. Upon selecting “Continue”, delivery address will be auto-populated as per Maybank2U Credit/Debit card billing address. Please ensure delivery address information is in order, including contact number and email address. You may edit delivery address if require to deliver to alternative address.
7. A Transaction Authorized Code (TAC) will be sent to you via SMS to authorize the redemption transaction.
8. Key in the TAC Number and click Confirm.
9. Please allow a few seconds for the redemption transaction to be processed.
10. Upon successful redemption, logout and close the Maybank2U page.
11. The order is now completed and you may print a copy of the receipt as record of the redemption made and to track the delivery of the items redeemed.
12. You will also receive an Order Confirmation via email.
