1. Redemption of TreatsPoints/Membership Rewards Points in www.maybank.com/myTREATS is exclusively available for Maybank2U account user. Don’t have an account? Click HERE for steps to register the Maybank2U account.
2. If you are a first time myTREATS user, please also register a myTREATS account.
3. To start shopping with your points at www.maybank.com/myTREATS, please login your registered e-mail address and password. (For seamless redemption, we suggest you check your points balance via Maybank2u first.)
4. Start browsing and selecting the items that you wish to redeem.
5. Click the "Add to Cart" icon to add more items to your shopping cart.
6. To checkout, please click "Redeem now" or you may select "Redeem More" if you wish to continue shopping.
7. Key-in your shipping details including address and contact number. (Note: P.O Box address is not allowed)
8. Once you have checked out, select “Points Only” to redeem with full points or “Points & Cash” to redeem with partial points and balances charge to your Maybank Card.
9. Maybank2U page will pop-up, login your Maybank2u account for points redemption. Please choose to redeem using TreatsPoints or Membership Rewards Points.
10. A Transaction Authorized Code (TAC) will be sent to you via SMS to authorize the redemption transaction.
11. Key in the TAC Number and click Confirm.
12. Please allow a few seconds for the redemption transaction to be processed.
13. Upon successful redemption, logout and close the Maybank2U page. You will be redirected back to myTREATS page.
14. The order is now completed and you may print a copy of the receipt as record of the redemption made and to track the delivery of the items redeemed.
15. If you choose to redeem with partial points, upon successful points redemption, logout and close Maybank2U page, you will be redirected to payment page.
16. Choose your payment method by selecting to pay with either Maybank Mastercard, Visa or American Express card.
17. Proceed to key in your card details and MSOS code.
18. Your order with partial points redemption is now completed.
