5. Once you have checked out, select “Points Only” to redeem with full points or “Points & Cash top-up via Maybank Cards” to redeem with partial points and balances charge to your Maybank Card or “Credit / Debit Card” to purchase.
6. You will now be requested to login your Maybank2u account for points redemption. Please choose to redeem using your TreatsPoints or Membership Rewards Points.
7. A Transaction Authorized Code (TAC) will be sent to you via SMS to authorize the redemption transaction.
8. Key in the TAC Number and click Confirm.
9. Please allow a few seconds for the redemption transaction to be processed.
10. Upon successful redemption, logout and close the Maybank2U page.
11. Shipping address will be shown as per M2U Credit/Debit card billing address. Please “Confirm” if the billing address is the correct shipping address. Click on “Change” if require to deliver to other shipping address.
12. The order is now completed and you may print a copy of the receipt as record of the redemption made and to track the delivery of the items redeemed.

Partial Points Redemption "Points & Cash top-up via Maybank Cards"


13. If you choose to redeem with partial points, upon successful points redemption, logout and close Maybank2U page, you will be redirected to payment page.
14. Choose your payment method by selecting to pay with either Maybank Mastercard, Visa or American Express card.
15. Proceed to key in your card details and MSOS code.
16. Your order with partial points redemption is now completed.


Full Credit / Debit Card Payment


17. If you choose to purchase with full credit / debit card payment, you will be redirected to payment page.
18. Choose your payment method by selecting to pay with either Maybank Mastercard, Visa or American Express card.
19. Proceed to key in your card details and MSOS code.
20. Your order with full credit / debit card purchase is now completed.
