How to Use

Best way to consume: Take 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon honey 3 times daily or consume when necessary. It could also be diluted into warm water. For sore throat: 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon after food, avoid drinking water at least ½ hour after consumed.

Honey should not be fed to infants younger than 1 year old. Clostridium bacteria can contaminate honey and cause infant botulism which is harmful to infants.
