Kari Ayam Panang (Chicken Panang Curry)
A type of red curry but less spicy and has aromatic of kaffir lime leaves. It has creamy sauce with medium heat from red chilies, perfect with rice.Rich and tangy but not too spicy, Massaman has a mild heat Thai-Muslim influenced curry with sweetness of coconut milk.
How to prepare:
** Poured into microwavable bowl, then heat with 800 watt for 1 minute, for better taste.
** Soaked in hot water about 5 minutes.
