Cleaning

• There might be residue of sweat and bodily fluids after wearing your jewellery for a period, wipe off the surface of your jewellery with polishing cloth or any lint-free cloth once a week to maintain its shine and brilliance.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals that can damage the metal and cause discoloration, remove your jewellery before swimming in chlorinated pools, using household cleaning products, or engaging in activities involving contact with chemicals.

(Including shampoo, perfume, hair spray, alcohol etc.)

Scratches & Dents

• Although it's premium durable metal, it can still be susceptible to scratches & dents.
• Avoid dropping or hitting your jewellery against hard surfaces to prevent deformation or other damage, also avoid wearing your jewellery while sleeping to prevent any accidental damage.
• It is advisable to remove your jewellery during activities that could put it at risk, such as exercising, playing sports, or engaging in vigorous physical activities.

Storage

• When you're not wearing your jewellery, store it in a soft pouch or in the original Celovis jewellery box to prevent scratches and minimize exposure to moisture and air.
• Store your Celovis jewellery separately from other metal jewellery to prevent rubbing and scratching.

Decorative elements: Mother of Pearl, Zirconia, Ceramic Inlay, Cryolite etc.

• Jewellery that has decorative elements in their design are not advised to be soaked in water/chemicals as it might cause them to fall off from the jewellery, this is to prevent potential damage and allow the piece to remain in top condition.
• Gently wipe the surface of the decorative elements to retain its shine."

      2. At “Pay from”, select preferred card to pay for the balance amount.

      1. At “Pay from”, select preferred Card to pay for full amount.
      2. Click “Continue” to proceed check out
   4. EzyPay Instalment with Credit Card (Note: For minimum charge to card amount of RM500, not applicable to Charge or Debit cards) [*Not applicable for Air Miles redemption]
      1. Select preferred Card at “Pay from”,
      2. “Tick” on Apply Maybank EzyPay (Note: this option will automatically available with minimum RM500 at “Balance to Pay”
      3. Select Tenure of instalment
      4. Click “Continue” to proceed check out
6. Upon selecting “Continue”, delivery address will be auto-populated as per Maybank2U Credit/Debit card billing address. Please ensure delivery address information is in order, including contact number and email address. You may edit delivery address if require to deliver to alternative address.
7. A Transaction Authorized Code (TAC) will be sent to you via SMS to authorize the redemption transaction.
8. Key in the TAC Number and click Confirm.
9. Please allow a few seconds for the redemption transaction to be processed.
10. Upon successful redemption, logout and close the Maybank2U page.
11. The order is now completed and you may print a copy of the receipt as record of the redemption made and to track the delivery of the items redeemed.
12. You will also receive an Order Confirmation via email.
