Mili Breaded Corned Beef Cake

Ingredient:

1. 20g Mili corn beef, 20g onion, chopped 10ml olive oil 30g bread crumbs 1 egg , 10g flour
2. 20g  Mili whole kernel corn, 1 tomato, diced 10g onions, chopped 3g Garlic, chopped 3g basil, chopped 20ml olive oil 5ml vinegar salt & pepper

Cooking Instructions

1. Stir-fry onions with olive oil, add Mili Corned Beef, fry till fragrant. Set aside to cool.
2. Put mixture in cup to form cake shape.
3. Coat the cake shapped Corned Beef with flour, egg and bread crumb. Lightly fry.
4. Season (Step 2) with salt, pepper.
5. Drizzle (Step 2) on the fried Corned Beef. Add garnish to serve.
