Espresso perfection, requires precision temperature and pressure control, consistently, every time. At the heart of this machine is its Dual Stainless Steel Boiler heating system. The brew boiler, for the espresso shot, extracts to within +/- 1'C and a separate steam boiler, which offers instant and powerful steam on demand. So you can extract your shot, at the right temperature, delivering optimal flavour and steam your milk to cafe quality, at the same time. What's more, there is another element in the group head, ensuring the entire system offers a consistent temperature.

The Dual Boiler also features an Over Pressure Valve, which comes standard on almost all commercial cafe machines. This commercial feature limits the maximum pressure throughout the extraction, preventing bitter flavors in the shot. It also offers a true low pressure pre-infusion, which gradually increases the pressure to gently expand the grinds for an even extraction.

But there's much, much, more to this machine for the coffee geek. Brew temperature and pre-infusion pressure and duration are all programmable. But at the same time we kept it simple, with a quick heat up, front fill water tank and programmable dose. And a shot clock and pressure gauge to help you improve your barista skills over time.

The Dual Boiler  also includes a descaling function for cleaning at home and wattage upgrade to 2200watts for faster heat up.

A Razor Dosing Tool is included for precision dosing and a consistent extraction.

All you'll need are some freshly ground beans and a bit of practice to rival the best cafe.

Features

• Dual Boiler - A specific brew boiler delivers more precise temperature to, and through the extraction, ensuring optimal flavor.  With a second and seperate steam boiler for simultaneous and instant steam.
• Low Pressure Pre-infusion - Low pressure pre-infusion gently delivers water pressure at between 2 to 4 bar to allow the coffee grinds to expand prior to extraction at the optimal full pressure of 9 bar.  This enhances the release of the oils to produce a balanced espresso.  This pressure and its duration is user programmable.
• Programmable Semi Automatic - The programmable pour, or semi-automatic function, simply controls the volume of the espresso pour, at the press of a button.  That's 30ml for a single shot and 60ml for a double. Which, of course, is adjustable.
• 15 Bar Pump - Extraction is driven from a 15 bar Italian made pump.
• Pulse Pre-Infusion - The 15 bar pump initially pulses to expand the grinds prior to extraction. Providing a more balanced espresso shot.

Specification

2. Start browsing and selecting the items that you wish to redeem.

6. Upon selecting “Continue”, delivery address will be auto-populated as per Maybank2U Credit/Debit card billing address. Please ensure delivery address information is in order, including contact number and email address. You may edit delivery address if require to deliver to alternative address.
7. A Transaction Authorized Code (TAC) will be sent to you via SMS to authorize the redemption transaction.
8. Key in the TAC Number and click Confirm.
9. Please allow a few seconds for the redemption transaction to be processed.
10. Upon successful redemption, logout and close the Maybank2U page.
11. The order is now completed and you may print a copy of the receipt as record of the redemption made and to track the delivery of the items redeemed.
12. You will also receive an Order Confirmation via email.
