• Validity: 6 months
• This e-gift voucher is valid for all products in bloomthis.co except for subscription flowers.
• This e-gift voucher is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
• E-gift vouchers can be used multiple times as long as there’s balance left in the voucher.
• During the redemption of products, if the value of the product exceeds the amount stated in the e-gift voucher, the difference thereof should be paid by the bearer.
• If the value of the product is less than the amount stated in the e-gift voucher, the difference thereof will not be refunded to the bearer but may be used for your next purchase.
• Expired, lost or stolen e-gift vouchers cannot be replaced.
• SUPERBUY & BloomThis will not be liable to you for any losses and/or damages of any kind suffered in connection with:

       * Your purchase, redemption and/or use of the gift voucher;
       * Your inability to use the gift voucher due to lost or forgotten or void or as a result of your giving the wrong contact information;

How to Redeem E-Gift Card in Bloomthis

1. Redemption of TreatsPoints/Membership Rewards Points in www.maybank.com/mytreats is only available for Maybank2U account user, if you have not registered as a Maybank2u account user, click HERE to learn how to register your Maybank2U account.
2. Start browsing and selecting the items that you wish to redeem.
3. Click the "Add to Cart" icon to add more items to your shopping cart.
4. To checkout, please click "Redeem now" or you may select "Redeem More" if you wish to continue shopping. Key-in your contact number and email address.
5. Once you have checked out, select “Points Only” to redeem with full points or “Points & Cash top-up via Maybank Cards” to redeem with partial points and balances charge to your Maybank Card or “Credit / Debit Card” to purchase.
6. You will now be requested to login your Maybank2u account for points redemption. Please choose to redeem using your TreatsPoints or Membership Rewards Points.
7. A Transaction Authorized Code (TAC) will be sent to you via SMS to authorize the redemption transaction.
8. Key in the TAC Number and click Confirm.
9. Please allow a few seconds for the redemption transaction to be processed.
10. Upon successful redemption, logout and close the Maybank2U page.
11. Shipping address will be shown as per M2U Credit/Debit card billing address. Please “Confirm” if the billing address is the correct shipping address. Click on “Change” if require to deliver to other shipping address.
12. The order is now completed and you may print a copy of the receipt as record of the redemption made and to track the delivery of the items redeemed.

Partial Points Redemption "Points & Cash top-up via Maybank Cards"


13. If you choose to redeem with partial points, upon successful points redemption, logout and close Maybank2U page, you will be redirected to payment page.
14. Choose your payment method by selecting to pay with either Maybank Mastercard, Visa or American Express card.
15. Proceed to key in your card details and MSOS code.
16. Your order with partial points redemption is now completed.


Full Credit / Debit Card Payment


17. If you choose to purchase with full credit / debit card payment, you will be redirected to payment page.
18. Choose your payment method by selecting to pay with either Maybank Mastercard, Visa or American Express card.
19. Proceed to key in your card details and MSOS code.
20. Your order with full credit / debit card purchase is now completed.
