And you’ll get all the safety warnings you’d expect, while the app constantly calculates and monitors your dive parameters.
Location is everything. Plan your dive using Location Planning and the Oceanic+ app on iPhone. Heat maps help you find popular spots, while also providing local conditions with community feedback about the area.

Apple Watch Ultra 2 syncs automatically to the Oceanic+ app on your iPhone and provides data from your dive quickly after surfacing, including a summary of your dive profile and critical dive parameters. Vital for insights. The Vitals app establishes a typical range for each of your overnight health metrics like your heart rate, respiratory rate, wrist temperature and sleep duration.10 A quick glance lets you track changes over time.
Eye-opening data. The Sleep app doesn’t just keep track of your time asleep. It also shows how much time you spent in REM, Core or Deep sleep, and helps create a schedule and a bedtime routine so you can meet your sleep goals.

2. The ECG app is available on Apple Watch Series 4 and later (excluding Apple Watch SE) and can generate an ECG similar to a single-lead electrocardiogram. Intended for use by people 22 years old and over.

3. The Cycle Tracking app should not be used for birth control or to diagnose a health condition.
