You’ll catch on fast. macOS is the operating system that powers every Mac. If you’re switching from a PC, it might look a little unfamiliar. But don’t worry, Mac is designed to be easy to navigate with simple and intuitive gestures. Menu bar: Always at the top of your screen, so you can quickly find your controls. Dock: Easily access your most used apps. Window controls: Click red to close, yellow to minimise or green to go full screen. Command: Like the Control key on a PC, it’s used for common shortcuts like Command-C for copy. Trackpad: Click with two fingers to right-click. Use your fingers to control your Mac.
