Orders placed using office addresses will experience further delay reason being that our courier partners may not attempt such deliveries due to office closure during this period. Unfortunately, no amendments of the address are allowed for orders already placed before or prior to this announcement. We advise you to avoid using any office address as your shipping receiving address. Apart from that, kindly do expect the shipment delays for deliveries to residential shipping address due to some of our business partners and suppliers warehouse closure.

Given this unprecedented situation, we appreciate your patience and understanding during this period of time. We will continue to take the necessary steps and inform the updates as we get more clarity about this directive. In the meantime, should you require further assistance, you may reach us as our customer service channels are operating as usual.

Take care and stay safe.
