Effective 1 July 2023, the MSOS Code One-Time Password (OTP) will be replaced with Secure2u authorisation on the MAE app. Secure2u on the MAE app will be the only authorisation method to approve all Maybank/Maybank Islamic Cards online transactions. The Secure2u authentication is part of our on-going efforts to protect the security of your accounts and online transactions in reducing the risk of fraud and scams.

Please download the MAE app and activate Secure2u today. The MAE app is available for download from:
• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store
• Huawei AppGallery

Please note that there will be a 12-hour activation period when you:
• Enable Secure2u on the MAE app for the first time; or
• Enable Secure2u on the MAE app on a different device.

During this time, any transactions requiring Secure2u authorisations will not be available.
