Usage Guide

• Add water into the bucket. Water level must be in between the minimum and maximum scale.
• Put the mop head to lock at the center of the rotating shaft.
• Open the lock of the mop lever to be able to control the spin function. Slowly press it down repeatedly to wash the microfiber mop cleanly. 
• Once the mop washing is complete, press the mop lever directly and quickly to spin dry. The faster the pressing-speed, the better the spin-drying effect!
• After cleaning and drying, lift the mop, lay it flat to the floor, and lock the mop lever. Start cleaning the floor. 

How to wash and dry the mop?

• Remove the splash guard cover.
• Remove the shaft for cleaning bottom of mop bucket. 
• Wipe the bottom of the mop container.

7. A Transaction Authorized Code (TAC) will be sent to you via SMS to authorize the redemption transaction.
8. Key in the TAC Number and click Confirm.
9. Please allow a few seconds for the redemption transaction to be processed.
10. Upon successful redemption, logout and close the Maybank2U page.
11. The order is now completed and you may print a copy of the receipt as record of the redemption made and to track the delivery of the items redeemed.
12. You will also receive an Order Confirmation via email.
