Use and Care

• The Hob cannot be used above a dishwasher or a tumble-dryer: steam may damage the electronics of the appliance.
• Do not place the Hob on top of a carpet, cloth or paper materials, when the machine is working. This will help prevent fires.
• Do not place the product on a flammable surface. This machine is for indoor use, it has not been designed for outdoor use.
• In general do not place any metallic objects except adequate pots and pans on the glass surface. In case of untimely engaging or residual heat, these may heat, melt or even burn.
• In case the Hob is not in use for a long period of time: first, switch on the machine and allow 10 minutes for the electronic component to stabilize. Second, after 10 minutes of warm-up, start to operate.
• Switch off the main power before pulling the plug out.
• Never place any hot container over the control panel.
• Be sure that pots and pans are always centered on the cooking zone.

• Avoid high heat when cooking as it may damage the non-stick coating overtime
• Metal utensils and sharp objects will easily scratch and ruin a non-stick pan surface. Use our Kitchen Tools or Silicone Spatulas instead
• Use a microfiber kitchen towel or non-metallic sponge or brush to clean. Make a paste of equal parts baking soda and water to clean tough stains
• Always hand-wash to preserve the life span of the cookware
• Hot water and harsh detergents used in a dishwasher can ruin the non-stick coating

6. Upon selecting “Continue”, delivery address will be auto-populated as per Maybank2U Credit/Debit card billing address. Please ensure delivery address information is in order, including contact number and email address. You may edit delivery address if require to deliver to alternative address.
7. A Transaction Authorized Code (TAC) will be sent to you via SMS to authorize the redemption transaction.
8. Key in the TAC Number and click Confirm.
9. Please allow a few seconds for the redemption transaction to be processed.
10. Upon successful redemption, logout and close the Maybank2U page.
11. The order is now completed and you may print a copy of the receipt as record of the redemption made and to track the delivery of the items redeemed.
12. You will also receive an Order Confirmation via email.
