1. Payment must be made with a Maybank Mastercard, Visa or American Express® Card.
2. Payment must be made in full with a Maybank Credit or Debit Card.
3. Maybank terms and conditions for the relevant Maybank Credit or Debit Card apply.
4. Valid for dine-in only. Operating Hours: Monday to Sunday, 12pm to 12am.
5. 1-for-1 applies to the same selection only; cross-selection is not allowed.
6. Limited to one redemption per receipt. Strictly no splitting of bills.
7. Complimentary item cannot be changed to other item of any value.
8. Not valid on eve of and on Public Holidays and other blackout dates.
9. Promotion is not applicable in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or vouchers unless otherwise stated, no stacking of promotions.
10. The company’s decision shall be final should a dispute arise.
11. Maybank makes no representation as to the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose of the goods and/or service(s) provided by the respective party.
12. Maybank and Merchant reserves the right at each of its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any customer and the dates of the promotion.
