Terms and Conditions
1. Payment must be made with a Maybank Mastercard®, Visa or American Express® Card.
2. Voucher is valid for dine-in at any Jack’s Place and Eatzi Gourmet Steakhouse & Bistro (Halal Certified) restaurants.
3. Voucher can only be used on the next visit upon a minimum spend of S$40 (excluding service charge and GST) on ala carte menu items, in a single receipt, charged to a Maybank Debit/Credit card.
4. Voucher is valid for one-time use only, original voucher must be presented before payment.
5. Not valid for use on eve of/and on Public Holidays and special occasions (i.e Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day).
6. Voucher cannot be used with other promotions, discounts and JP Pepperdine rewards program.
7. Limited to one redemption per table per bill. Splitting of bills and multiple redemption of vouchers is not allowed.
8. Not exchangeable for cash, any unutilised amount will be forfeited and shall not be refunded.
9. Voucher is valid for three months from date of issue. Extension of voucher, lost or otherwise will not be allowed.
10. Maybank and JP Pepperdine Group reserves the right to vary/amend the terms & conditions without prior notice.
