4. The promo code HOPMAYBANK must be entered at the time of booking to avail of the discount.
5. Booking / Reservation Journey :-
a. Visit Hop Inn Hotel website at www.hopinnhotel.com
b. Sign up or log in to your HOP Reward loyalty member account
c. On the home page, click Our Hotels, select the hotel you wish to book and click Book Now
d. On the booking page, input your stay dates, no. of rooms, and no. of guests, and click Confirm
e. You must book at least 2 room nights to avail the discount.
f. Click Add Code, select discount code from the dropdown and input Maybank promo code. The Maybank exclusive discount rates will be shown on the rate selection.
g. After finalizing room selection, select the Maybank discount rate, and click book.
h. On the booking confirmation page, input your guest details (name, email, address, phone number, and country)
i. Input your Maybank card details to process payment.
j. After completing marketing communications opt in and privacy policy agreement, click Book Now.
k. Booking confirmation will be sent to your email.
6. Eligibility Requirements:
a. Cardholder must be a member of the HOP Reward Loyalty Program. Instructions on how to join:

c. Click on the “HOP Reward Loyalty Program” or “Sign Up” link (usually found in the header or footer of the website).
d. Fill out the online registration form with the required information, including your name, email address, and contact details.
e. Create a password for your account.
f. Submit the registration form. You may receive a confirmation email to verify your account.
g. Once your account is verified, you are a member of the HOP Reward Loyalty Program.
h. A minimum booking of two (2) nights is required to qualify for the discount.
7. The Maybank credit or debit card used for booking must be presented by the cardholder at check-in for verification purposes. Failure to present the card may result in the forfeiture of the discount.
8. The discount will be applied to the base room rate only. It does not apply to taxes, service charges, or other incidental expenses.
9. Bookings made under this promotion are prepaid and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.
10. Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking on www.hopinnhotels.com. Blackout dates may apply during peak seasons or holidays. (A list of blackout dates should be provided on the booking page or upon inquiry on www.hopinnhotels.com.)
11. Changes to booking dates or room types are not permitted once the booking is confirmed.
12. Non-Transferable: This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services.
13. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or vouchers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
