1. Payment must be made with a Maybank Mastercard®, Visa or American Express® Card.

6. Cancellation Fee Policy:
– Within 7 days/ No Show – One night cancellation charge imposed.
– More than 7 days – No cancellation charge imposed.

7. Add-on extra bed at RM172.80 nett per bed per night (including 01 breakfast).
8. Add-on breakfast at RM69 nett per adult per night / RM35 nett per child per night (aged 6-11 years old).
9. All rates quoted (+) are subject to 8% Service Tax.
10. Tourism Tax (TTx) of RM10.00 per room per night will be exempted from 1st July 2020 to 31st December 2021, but TTx will be imposed by the Malaysian Government on non-Malaysian nationals or non-permanent residents holding a My PR card from 01st January 2022 onwards (not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein).
11. Heritage Tax of RM5 per room per night will be imposed by the Melaka State Government and should be paid directly upon check-out (not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein).
12. In the event that the local authorities impose a new tax on your stay after the date of booking, the hotel is entitled to collect such taxes upon your arrival.
13. Credit card details e.g. credit card number, expiry date, CVV code, and name printed on the card are required to confirm the booking.
14. Check-in time is after 1500 hours, and check-out is before 1200 noon.
15. For early check-in, please indicate in the remarks column (charges apply and subject to availability).
16. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other ongoing promotions/offers, coupons/vouchers and loyalty/privilege cards.
