1. Payment must be made with a Maybank Mastercard®, Visa or American Express® Card.
2. The room promotion is valid for One Bedroom Suite (King) and Two Bedroom Suite (King + Queen).
3. Each code can be used for a single booking (3 units) and cannot be split across multiple redemptions.
4. The hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorized use of redemption codes.
5. The room promotion may be subject to taxes, if any.
6. The Malaysian Tourism Tax (TTx) is a tax of MYR10.00 per room per night charged on a tourist staying at any accommodation premises in Malaysia, collected by the Residences under the Tourism Tax Act 2017 (exemption for Malaysian nationals and permanent Residents of Malaysia).
7. In the event that the local authorities impose a new tax on your stay after the date of booking, the Residences is entitled to collect such taxes upon arrival.
8. Blackout dates apply. This offer is not applicable during Peak Seasons, Eve and Public Holidays.
9. Prior reservations (at least seven (7) days prior to arrival) are required and is subject to availability. Third-party bookings are not eligible.
10. Full payment must be made using only Maybank cards and required no later than 3 days before the arrival date.
11. Guests are not allowed to change any details of their reservation, including dates, room types or guest information. Once booking has been confirmed, no modification is allowed.
12. Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to the arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at property will be treated as No-Show and will incur the first night charge. Cancellation needs to be written by email to reservation@eoresidenceskl.com.
13. Check-in time is after 1500hours and check-out time is before 1200hours.
14. Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early arrival prior to 1500hours, the suite must be reserved from the previous day at a full night’s suite rate.
15. Safety Deposit is required upon check-in.
16. All occupants/ guests are to comply with all the terms of the House Rules governing E&O Residences Kuala Lumpur.
17. Offer/codes are non-transferable and may not be sold or exchangeable for cash or used in conjunction with ongoing promotions/offers, packages, discounts, coupons/vouchers and loyalty programs/privilege cards.
18. Offer is subject to the individual merchant’s Terms and Conditions & products exclusions may apply subject to merchant’s sole discretion.
