3. Offer is valid for bookings until 31 December 2024, with stays to be completed by 28 February 2025.
4. Offer is subject to availability and substitutions of an equal or higher value may be offered.
5. Offer is designed for married couples and/or life partners residing in the same city. Both you and your spouse/partner must be over the age of 28 with maximum age limit of 65 and you are required to participate in the offer together with your spouse/partner.
6. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash, nonassignable and non-exchangeable.
7. Offer cannot be used for group bookings. Offer is for accommodation, hotel taxes and service charge only. Any other expenses will be charged to your account.
8. Employees of Anantara Vacation Club and their immediate families, existing Anantara Vacation Club Points Owners, existing A-Explore and A-Exchange Members, Club Discovery and Club Discovery Plus Members, Club Explorer Phuket and Club Explorer Thailand Plus Members, and persons who have attended an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible to participate in this offer.
9. You can only accept one offer per household unless otherwise specified.
10. Anantara Vacation Club will verify eligibility prior to confirming a reservation.
11. Offer is provided at a discounted rate in return for compulsory attendance at and completion of an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation lasting approximately 90 – 120 minutes during the stay.
12. You are required to participate in the presentation together with your spouse or partner.
13. In the event you and/or spouse/partner fail to attend or complete the presentation for whatever reason during the stay and/or meet the eligibility requirements and/or in the event of a No-Show this offer will be forfeited, and an administration fee of our best flexible rate (per night) will be charged to the credit card used to process the booking.
14. A surcharge is payable for stays during peak season (such as Festive periods, Chinese New Year) and seasonal holidays. 15. Only one amendment per booking is permitted and must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a No- Show administration charge of the best flexible rate (per night).
16. All fees and charges must be paid in full at the time of booking using a Maybank Credit Card. The Club reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer and/or to suspend or terminate the offer and/or vary the offer at any time at its reasonable discretion.
17. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
18. The decision of the promoter on all matters relating to the offer is final, conclusive, and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
19. The first 100 bookings to Chiang Mai will receive a THB5,000 Anantara Vacation Club voucher to be redeemed against F&B and spa services during the stay.
20. The first 100 bookings to Bali will receive an IDR2,300,000 Anantara Vacation Club voucher to be redeemed against F&B and spa services during the stay.
21. First 100 bookings to Phuket will receive a THB8,000 Anantara Vacation Club voucher to be redeemed against F&B and Spa service during the stay.
22. Complete your stay in Phuket by 31 December 2024 and will receive a choice of Carnival Magic or Phuket Fantasea tickets for four (4) with dinner and transport.
23. Complete your stay by 31 December 2024 and receive RM400 Touch n’ Go e-wallet credits (Chiang Mai and Bali).
