1. Payment must be made with a Maybank Mastercard® or Visa Card except American Express® Card.
2. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other values or used in conjunction and combined with other promotions/offers, coupons/vouchers and loyalty/privilege cards.
3. Reservations must be made in advance (at least Forty-five (45) days in advance) and are subject to availability.
4. A NON-REFUNDABLE 30% deposit is required and payable upon confirmation to secure the booking.
5. Full payment has to be made 30 days before travel date.
6. For reservations made within the final payment date of your vacation (in most cases, within 30 days of departure and subjected to availability of accommodation), FULL PAYMENT is required at the time of booking.
7. Please notify us via email of the intention to cancel any booking at the earliest instance available.
8. In the event of cancellation after full payment, an administrative fee of RM200.00, bank charges and any exchange rate losses must be added to the following cancellation policies;-
a. From 29 days to 15 days – 30% of the trip’s full price forfeited
b. From 14 days to 8 days – 50% of the trip’s full price forfeited
c. From 7 days to arrival day – 75% of the trip’s full price forfeited
d. “No show” by customer – 100% of the trip’s full price forfeited.
9. Please forward the bank-in slip via e-mail as proof of payment.
• Booking is not confirmed until deposit or payment is acknowledged received.
• If the change or cancellations are due to force majeure events (including without limitation political unrest, pandemic, war or threat of war riots, closure of airports or ports or health risk, illness or other similar events beyond ScubaBuddyz Dive Station control), you agree NO REFUND will be made by ScubaBuddyz Dive Station.
10. Travel Documentation: Please check you have the required travel documents before booking your trip. Make sure your passport has at least 6 months to run from your time of entry into Malaysia.
11. The following details are required: Costumes details, Flight details, Full name as per passport, Gender, Date of birth, Passport number, Contact number, Email and Emergency contact details.
12. No split transactions/purchases are allowed, and combined transactions are not entitled for the discount.
13. The Promotion will cease at the expiration of the Promotion Period.
14. The Promotion is not valid with any other vouchers, discounted items, or promotions.
15. The Promotion shall not be exchangeable or replaced with any other products or cash.
16. Minimum 4 pax to go.
17. Subject to other terms and conditions imposed by Scubabuddyz Dive Station.
