4. The discount is not applicable to existing ongoing schemes with corporate clients and is only valid for self-pay patients with full payment.
5. Customers will need to make a prior appointment with Wellness Centre, failing which no discount shall be granted.
6. The discount will only be given if the total bill has been paid in full by the patient before the patient is discharged from or leaves the hospital.
7. Offer is made applicable to screening package’s charges only, excluding any other additional charges and/or relevant taxes.
8. The discounted rate applies exclusively to all Executive Health Screening packages. Any additional tests or treatments performed during the visit will be billed separately according to the hospital’s standard rates.
9. Offer is subject to consultant’s advice on package qualification.
10. Screening is available only for patients with no history of critical illnesses. Please consult with the Wellness Centre or International Patient Centre when scheduling your appointment.
11. The transportation arrangement is applicable to international patients only, and it will be available from Monday to Saturday, between 8.00 am and 8.30 pm, from the airport to the hospital or hotel to the hospital. A minimum of three (3) days’ notice is required to ensure a smooth arrival.
12. Offer is subject to other terms and conditions imposed by Sunway Medical Center.
