1. Payment must be made with a Maybank Mastercard®, Visa or American Express® Card.
2. The discounted rate applies exclusively to the listed Health Screening packages only. Any additional tests or treatments performed during the visit will be billed separately according to the hospital’s standard rates.
3. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with other promotions, loyalty cards, or coupons.
4. The discount is only applicable only to non-promotional items.
5. The discount does not apply to ongoing schemes with corporate clients and is valid only for self-pay patients with full payment only.
6. Screening is available only for patients with no history of critical illnesses. Please consult with the Health Screening Centre or International Patient Centre when scheduling your appointment.
7. The transportation arrangement is applicable to international patients only, and it will be available from Monday to Friday between 7.30 am and 9.00 pm, and Saturday between 7.30pm and 5.00pm, from the airport to the hospital or hotel to the hospital. A minimum of three (3) days’ notice is required to ensure a smooth arrival.
8. Maybank makes no representation as to the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose of the goods and/or service(s) provided by the respective party.
9. Maybank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the promotion.
