15. Stopover is not permitted. Maximum stay of 1 year only.
16. Tickets are non-refundable. Upon confirmation of a booking with a ticket issued, the passenger is not allowed to change the travel date, and the passenger is not permitted to substitute or change the named passenger with another passenger’s name.
