8. Ticket is non-refundable due to bad weather or in any other circumstances.
9. Operation hours of Discovery Park is 9.00am to 5.00pm daily. Closed every Wednesday except for Malaysia School Holiday(s) and Public Holiday(s)
10. With the purchase and/or of the ticket(s), you are agreeable to the terms and conditions and general rules and regulations of Gamuda Land.
11. The Management reserves the right to vary and amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
12. Admission rates may be subjected to further taxes as and when implemented by the state government.
