• Promotions are applicable to hotel room charges only, excluding local taxes, service fees and any other additional charges.
• Change of date is not permitted. In the event of cancellation, the promotion and the discount coupon will have no cash or refund value.
• Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• Promotions are non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items, loyalty program unless otherwise specified.
• In case of dispute, the joint decision of Agoda and Maybank shall be final.
