Terms and Conditions
1. Valid for payments made with a Maybank Mastercard® or Visa.
2. The room rate is inclusive of tax and service.
3. Room rate includes breakfast for 2 persons.
4. Additional high season fee of IDR350k/ room/ night applies during 1 July – 31 August 2024.
5. Black out period applies on 23 December 2024 – 3 January 2025.
6. No check in/ out is allowed during Nyepi Day and on 31 December 2024.
7. If the customer finds a cheaper price in online booking, the hotel will provide an additional 10% discount from the promo price listed in the table.
8. Cancellation policy within 7 days (low season) prior to arrival or no-show will be charged one night room fee.
9. Cancellation within 14 days (high/peak season) prior to arrival or no-show will be charged the total of the offer invoice (full payment/full cost).
10. No refund will be given for guests who check out early.
11. Cancellation notice must be made in writing and known by the Hotel.
